Eine <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Investition durch RENTAmed<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> ist m\u00f6glich, aber nicht zwingend. Wir besitzen ebenso langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrungen in der Einwerbung von externen Finanzmitteln sowie in der Initiierung und Verwaltung <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">geschlossener Immobilienfonds<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">. Letzteres kann insbesondere bei Investitionsbestrebungen der Beteiligten interessant sein.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"art-postcontent\">\n<div class=\"art-article\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ist ein geeignetes Grundst\u00fcck gefunden, so \u00fcbernehmen wir die Verhandlungen mit dem Verk\u00e4ufer und ggf. den <strong>Grundst\u00fccksankauf<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gemeinsam mit dem Architekten erarbeiten wir die Ausschreibungsunterlagen und vergeben die Bauleistungen. In der Regel beauftragen wir regionale Dienstleister und Handwerksbetriebe mit der Bauausf\u00fchrung.
