Fach- und haus\u00e4rztliche Regionalversorgung &#8211;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der \u00c4rztehausstandort an der Mehrower Allee dient seit fast 30 Jahren der ambulanten Versorgung des Stadtbezirks. Die Geb\u00e4ude &#8211; Hausnummer 22 und 34 &#8211; liegen zentral und gut erreichbar im Wohngebiet Marzahn. Der Standort hat heute einen Einzugsbereich von \u00fcber 50.000 Einwohnern.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nach \u00dcbernahme der ehemaligen Poliklinik 2002 hat RENTAmed den Standort sukzessive bei laufendem Betrieb zu einem modernen und funktionalen \u00c4rztehaus umgebaut und hiermit auch weit reichende Effekte in seinem Umfeld erzielt. Alle Praxen haben funktional optimierte Grundrisse und wurden entsprechend der W\u00fcnsche der Mieter modernisiert. Beide Geb\u00e4udekomplexe befinden sich seit 2016 nicht mehr im Bestand der RENTAmed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moderne Technik im Bereich der Heizungs-, L\u00fcftungs- und Elektrotechnik hilft Mietnebenkosten durch Energieeinsparung niedrig zu halten. Hierzu sind z.B.
