In intensiver Zusammenarbeit wurde aus den anf\u00e4nglichen Ideen ein tragf\u00e4higes Konzept erstellt, das eine umfangreiche Kooperation der ans\u00e4ssigen Leistungstr\u00e4ger beinhaltet. Die \u00c4rztinnen und \u00c4rzte arbeiten \u00fcberwiegend <strong>freiberuflich in Einzel- und Gemeinschaftspraxen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ausgestattet mit einem modernen Fl\u00e4chenkonzept wurden die Praxen auf eine wirtschaftliche Gr\u00f6\u00dfe reduziert, die sich an den Anforderungen der Mieter und ihrem medizinischen Leistungsspektrum orientiert. <strong>Modernste Haustechnik<\/strong> mit einer Luft-\/ Wasser-W\u00e4rmepumpe, W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnung und effizienter K\u00e4ltetechnik sichern einen geringen Energieverbrauch.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gemeinsame Au\u00dfendarstellung, moderne IT &amp; Patientenservice<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Das GZS erhielt ein eigenes Logo, Gesch\u00e4ftsausstattung und Werbemittel erscheinen praxis\u00fcbergreifend in einem abgestimmten Corporate Design. Auf der gemeinsamen Website, die von der Betriebsgesellschaft gepflegt wird, k\u00f6nnen sich Patienten und Zuweiser umfangreich \u00fcber das GZS informieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dcber eine <strong>vernetzte IT-Infrastruktur<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen die Behandler im internen, gesch\u00fctzten Netz Informationen und Befunddaten \u00fcbermitteln, die zentrale Telefonanlage erm\u00f6glicht ein modernes Kommunikationsmanagement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Betriebsgesellschaft im Haus k\u00fcmmert sich u.a. um die Organisation, Ausstattung und Ordnung der Gemeinschaftsfl\u00e4chen wie z.B. Warte- und Empfangsbereiche.
