Es befindet sich etwa 2 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, mitten in einem Wohngebiet. Seit 1969 wird das Haus dort zur ambulanten Behandlung von Patienten genutzt. Etwa 20.000 Menschen leben im direkten Umfeld und Einzugsgebiet des \u00c4rztehauses und nutzen dessen Dienstleistungen. Durch die gute verkehrstechnische Anbindung nehmen auch Bewohner anderer Stadtteile sowie die Bev\u00f6lkerung des nahen Umlandes die medizinischen und gewerblichen Leistungen des Hauses in Anspruch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In direkter Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein Altenpflegeheim der SOZIUS-Gruppe.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8222;\u00c4rztehaus Weststadt&#8220;<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">RENTAmed wurde 2001 Eigent\u00fcmerin der ehemaligen Poliklinik in der Weststadt in Schwerin.
